Shipping policy

Duty Tax

Our price does not include the shipping fee, remote shipping fee, or any tax fee. All the customers especially in the EU countries will be responsible for paying tax. A tax of 21%~23% will be requested in EU countries; the parcel over USD$800 will need to pay in the US. Taxes in other countries will be paid according to the local countries' policy. Please note that if you refuse to pay the tax and the device send back, you would not get the fee refund.

Shipping Time

DHL is about 3-7 working days under the normal transportation conditions.

Standard(4PX) is about 15-20 days and some countries like Brazil will be 15-30 days.

 

Handling Time

When we receive your order, we usually arrange to ship it out within one week, not including the holiday in China. If the order is pre-order, then it will ship according to the estimated time.
